We're
looking for a Project Scheduler for an industrial project in central
Arkansas. The Project Scheduler will work under the direction of the
assigned Project Manager.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Develop project schedules and review project schedules to determine
project task sequences and lead times.
- Identify the activities of project team and the appropriate resources
needed to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry into Microsoft Project
to prepare interim and completion reports.
- Must become familiar with project objectives and team members' roles to
effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- Confer regularly with other project team members to ensure the project
progresses on schedule and within defined budget parameters.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Two to three years related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
We're
looking for a Construction Coordinator for an industrial project in central
Arkansas. The Construction Coordinator will work under the direction
of the assigned Project Managers to direct the overall Construction
Management team.
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of progressive experience in leadership positions on Industrial
Construction projects.
- Wide experience of industry or a complementary engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and motivation skills essential.
- Knowledge of computer systems required.
- Ability to lead and motivate people to ensure compliance with all
relevant technical, quality, environmental and safety standards.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid
conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage all other Mid-South Engineering on-site staff.
- Effectively organize engineering drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate timely delivery of project drawings and engineering
information to Contractor(s).
- Planning, directing and coordinating the construction project.
- Directing the project construction team to maintain the project
schedule.
- Overseeing the performance of contractors.
- Overseeing the delivery of materials, construction tools and equipment.
- Ensuring that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction
workers.
- Assist with resolution of construction conflicts.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook).
- Microsoft Project (scheduling software).
- Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate close work with clients, field
personnel and internal departments to achieve deadlines with quality work.
- Ability to relocate to job sites for extended periods of time.
- MSHA and OSHA training required.

We're
looking for a Construction Safety Coordinator to work under the direction of
the Construction Coordinator at an industrial jobsite in central Arkansas.
The Construction Safety Coordinator will work with the contractors safety
directors and will be responsible for administering the overall safety
reporting plan. Each Contractor on site will be required to provide a
project safety plan that is acceptable the Owner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- The successful Construction Safety Coordinator will have excellent
working knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of Safety Management experience in either an
industrial or heavy construction environment.
- Competency in the field of expertise through Continuing Education in the
Safety Management field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply MSHA and OSHA regulations as well as
local and state safety and health codes.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Compile and coordinate contractor supplied job specific safety
procedures, and verify implementation of these procedures in the field (self
performed and subcontractor’s).
- Regularly audit contractors' safety and health compliance.
- Assist in planning and/or conducting training for project personnel.
- Prepare daily safety reports and monthly summary safety reports.
- Providing safety engineering support.
- Compile data for monthly safety performance metrics.
- Perform oversight inspections and safety audits with Owners'
representatives, consultants, risk engineers, and state and local inspection
agencies.
- Assist with accident investigations.
We're looking for Project Engineers to work in our Hot Springs, AR office
under the direction of Project Managers to accomplish assigned tasks on
major projects. The Project Engineer will also be assigned smaller projects
to accomplish independently.
The Project Engineer works within team environment and coordinates with the
other members of the organization to provide the resources, a technical
guidance, administrative and technical services and facilities necessary for
efficient, profitable, timely and technically excellent project execution.
As the primary contact with the Mid-South client base, the Project Engineer
plays a key role in business development, including pre-proposal contacts,
proposal preparation and presentations, client maintenance and support for
the firm's marketing program.
The Project Engineer is expected to participate in the execution of projects

- Prepares and monitors project schedules and budgets as assigned.

for accuracy of resources used for the project.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited four-year
College or University.
- Active PE license is preferred but EIT status is acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience or the equivalent thereof.
- Maintains competency in the field of expertise.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid
conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete

Our firm has an immediate need for an
experienced electrical engineer in our North Carolina office. This staff position is an integral part of
project teams and will serve as the technical specialist for large capital
projects of industrial clients throughout the U.S.
The ideal candidate will possess a BSEE with an emphasis on
power distribution design; PE license is preferred. Knowledge of office and
engineering software is desirable, including AutoCAD and MS office products.
In addition to strong technical skills, this position requires excellent
interpersonal and teaming skills as this individual interacts directly with
clients to ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained. The candidate
must be able to concurrently work on several projects and direct a drafting
/design support team.

Successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of
Autodesk's AutoCAD Mechanical and Inventor programs.
Knowledge of Civil 3D a plus. Experience in machine
design, piping, concrete construction and electrical
design are preferred.
Applicant must be able to travel and perform field
measuring and assessment tasks in a factory setting,
some overnight stays and air travel will be required.
