Mid-South is an Arkansas based corporation with offices in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Cary, North Carolina, and Orono, Maine.
Marc has been with Mid-South for over 20 years, most recently holding the positions of Vice President-Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Marc received his BSME from Louisiana Tech University and he earned an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before joining Mid-South, Marc held engineering and product management positions with a manufacturer of water circulation/filtration equipment and was a design engineer in the aerospace industry.

Gary Sihota, PEng

Gary has been with Stolberg/Mid-South for 11 years and is a licensed P.Eng with a PMP certification. His established industry connections and focus on business development help to see continued growth for the Richmond office. Gary started his career as a design engineer, progressing to project manager, and now works in engineering consulting with Mid-South. His engineering experience ranges from sawmills and planermills to pellet plants and veneer plants.

Rod has been with the Stolberg Group for 51 years, starting with Stolberg Construction in 1968. Rod worked up through the ranks to project superintendent in charge of all construction disciplines on projects up to 250 workers. 1975, he became Manager of our Prince George office managing all facets of construction management. Stolberg Engineering was formed in 1980, and from 1982 until 1994 Stolberg preformed many projects on a “Design-Build” platform which Rod became heavily involved in, and advanced to V.P. of Project Planning and Development. From 1984 to present Rod has been involved in 113 major projects, plus numerous smaller forest related projects including sawmills, planermills, wood rooms, plywood plants and pellet plants.
Tyler Avery, PE

Tyler has experience on over 200 projects in 9 years with Mid-South serving as project engineer, project manager, and Engineer of Record. A licensed Professional Engineer in 9 states, Tyler’s expertise lies in structural design of industrial projects. Tyler is active in multiple technical and professional societies and is currently the State Director for the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers.
